Hot off the presses, here are a few reviews Bethany and I have had for our individual holiday stories so far. Each one has inspired a heartfelt squee of joy: people are actually reading our stuff. There are no words for how utterly cool that is. Anyway, the reviews:
From Steve Williams at suite101.com: Christmas Dreams: An Erotic Anthology Reviewed:
In this quality collection released just in time for Christmas 2008, picking a favourite really comes down to a matter of taste, but Christmas Luck by Bethany Brown radiated a glow on every one of its 51 pages...
Atta girl, Bethany! And, from the same article:
Hang A Shining Star by Ashlyn Kane sees a relationship develop between a teacher and a former student that is handled with a great sensitivity and appealing humour.
I always knew I was the funny one! I mean, the sensitive one. I mean... whatever. I'm distracted by the smell of pie from the kitchen, ok?
We have also been reviewed by
elisa_rolle : Hang a Shining Star and Christmas Luck, and by
emily83176 : Christmas Luck and Hang a Shining Star
Those are all the reviews that I know aboutand they all love us because we are awesome. We seem to have stirred up some pretty good press! Things like this make me very happy, happy, happy. And now: to get people to read this blog. Stay tuned.

I hope you don't mind me friending you.. I bought the Advent Calendar and I loved your two stories..
As usual I am very behind with all my normal reading on lj, but have read quite a lot of the calendar stories and would list yours as amongst my faves :)
Looking forward to anything else you write :)
Hugs
Julie
As a matter of fact, Bethany and I have a novel coming out early in January from DSP (this still makes me giddy). Hope it lives up to your expectations!
